To solidate knowage & push on the launching of policy management----OC TBP Training

To push on the launching of policy management, so that we can grasp the method of problem analysis and solving, and carry out the subjects better. July 23rd morning, OC invited Enterprise Management Department to give OC a training of TBP (Toyota business practices ), i.e. Toyota problem solving method. Mr. Wang Wenchao from EMD as the teacher, Yu Jianhui, deputy general manager of OC and He Guoqiang, deputy general manager of OC, Wang Lei, assistant to the general manager, OC staff in the headquarter and OC staff of the supervision department stationed in Longkou have participated in the training.

Mr. Wang Wenchao took theoretical knowledge of indoctrination and students discussed in the class, which enabled everybody to have the awareness and understanding of the TBP. TBP provides a method for the implementation of policy management and subjects, and in the subsequent use this method to instruct subject to improve.

Mr. Wang Wenchao lead us to observe and ask questions through a photos of the passenger compartment, and extended the importance of problem consciousness, and focused on explaining the ten basic consciousness, and asked each student talk about their own understanding. In the whole training, the teacher used the theory and case method to elaborate the TBP method, let the students have a more intuitive understanding of the theoretical knowledge, students actively participate in the discussion, the atmosphere is active.

Finally, Yu Jianhui, deputy general manager of the OC summed up: Mr. Wang Wenchao gives a vivid explanation which enables us to have more clear thought to solve problems, and I hope everyone in the future work by TBP method to find the gap to solve the problem, and through the PDCA, continuous improvement, to solidified the results, improve efficiency, and avoid the problems happening again.
