Mr. Fu Qiang

Mr. Fu Qiang，as a Principal Engineer, is in charge of the technical research and design of the offshore unit and project management. Mr. Fu Qiang has more than 9 years experience in analyzing, designing and certifying offshore structure and project management, with special emphasis on mobile offshore structure (Jackups and semi-submersibles), floating production installation (Spars and Semi-submersible) and fixed platform (Jackets), wind turbine (Offshore and Onshore). Familiarity with classification society rules (ABS, DNV etc.), industry standard (API, AISC, AWS etc.) and IMO statuary requirement.

During he worked in ABS, he was in charge of design verifying and consultancy for several projects, including Jack-up, lifeboat, semi-submersible, FPSO, etc. 

As the key person of Shandong Province Taishan Scholar Team, Mr. Fu Qiang is in charge the overall design and industry application for the high-end serial of semi-submersible rig. Currently, Mr. Fu leaded his team completed the following projects:
