Mr. Hwang Show Shan, Canadian Taiwanese.  He got a bachelor’s marine engineer degree from National Taiwan Ocean University. Mr. Hwang worked nearly 40 years and has rich experiences in supervision, management, technical verification, especially in :

Mr. Hwang worked for American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) for 15 years before he joined in Ocean Challenger. Mr. Hwang is familiar with ABS rules, procedures very well, and knows more about survey procedure and verification for material, welding and equipment’s of rig.
