On December 30, 2020, CIMC Raffles and Huadian Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. held a signing ceremony of "Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Offshore Wind Power and Offshore Equipment" in CIMC Offshore Engineering Institute participated by representatives from both companies.
